The creative process involved in expressing one’s self artistically can help people to:
- gain insight into our feelings, thoughts, and emotions
- develop intuition and receive guidance from our higher selves
- reduce stress
- improve self-esteem
- enhance awareness
- stimulate creativity
Anyone can create art and I will be there to guide you in the process – helping you to achieve a meditative state of mind and bringing forth your creative energy through guided meditation combined with intuitive and expressive art-making.
Art of this nature can be helpful in removing obstacles in our personal lives and overcoming emotional struggles. Sometimes when we are feeling low our tendency is to withdraw from the world, however, Art Alchemy can help you to open up and release negativity from your life. If you are in a good space, Art Alchemy will be just as rewarding - helping you to achieve expansive states of consciousness and spirit-inspired art.
It is not necessary to have experience or skill as an artist in order to benefit from these classes. All levels of ability are encouraged and welcome. Emphasis is placed on the process of making art, not the art itself. However, interesting and beautiful artworks often emerge.

One class $30
All art supplies are included in the cost and provided on site.
